What is an AHJ research run?
One run asks ePermit to research a jurisdiction (the AHJ) for a set of scopes. It reads the published handouts, ordinances and utility rules and returns a requirement list with cited sources, which you review and save as the jurisdiction’s profile. The profile is reused by every project in that jurisdiction, so most companies need only a handful of runs.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month or yearly and can be cancelled from the billing page. After a plan ends you move to Pay per plan set: your projects stay, you keep building, and you pay only for the plan sets you download.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Each company’s projects, customers, catalog additions and files are isolated. The platform only sees usage totals.
